What are the SDGs?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the successor to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) formulated in 2001, and at the United Nations Summit in September 2015. It is an international goal aiming for a sustainable and better world by 2030 described in the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" adopted unanimously. It consists of 17 goals and 169 targets, and vows to "leave no one behind" on the earth. The SDGs are universal (universal) not only in developing countries but also in developed countries themselves, and Japan is also actively working on them.

●CORPORATE MESSAGE
The familiar comforts of our daily lives are being significantly altered due to the recent deterioration of the global environment, forcing dramatic changes upon the lives of those who inhabit it.
Furthermore, the rise in infectious diseases, particularly those linked to climate change, especially temperature and precipitation fluctuations, is a cause for concern.
We wholeheartedly endorse the specific targets outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted at the UN Summit, recognizing the critical importance of these actions, and will actively promote SDGs management through global partnerships.

The construction industry accounts for one-third of Japan's total CO2 emissions. Reconstruction of buildings generates a large amount of construction waste, posing a significant challenge to waste reduction. Moreover, the construction industry also faces issues directly linked to environmental problems, such as energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions during construction and demolition, and the consumption of valuable resources used in building materials.
In today's society, where there is a growing demand for decarbonization, the current practice of repeated "scrap and build" needs to be reconsidered from the perspective of sustainability. By promoting the recycling of renewable materials and extending the lifespan of buildings, we can foster a circular economy that generates both financial flows and stocks for society as a whole.

[Example of implementation]・A voice engine-assisted method suitable for tasks involving specialized terminology. By simplifying and standardizing the process of creating reports and records for tasks that use specialized terms, jargon, and abbreviations, it contributes to improvements that aim for efficiency, labor savings, and cost reduction. It can be used in various applications.
・Development and sale of Anac reagents. Laboratory reagents that can accelerate various gene-related reactions hundreds to tens of thousands of times, significantly reducing the time required for research and development in the field of genetic engineering. We contribute to the advancement of the genetic engineering field and the broader life science field.
《Goals for sustainable by 2030》
Research and development and social implementation of on-site genetic testing
We are currently conducting joint research to implement the technology seeds in the laboratory of Tokyo Institute of Technology.
The research and development theme is the development of a test kit system that can identify gene sequences such as viruses through communication, and its feature is to identify gene sequences such as emerging infectious diseases and easily mutate pathogens in a very short time using communication technology.
Such a remote on-site infection detection system is useful not only to reduce the burden on patients, but also to control the burden on medical institutions and the spread of infection. In addition, it is useful to identify the cause of fever in infants and young children who are difficult to grasp symptoms, and to determine the dementia of the elderly. There is a possibility that we can accurately predict the onset. In addition, it is expected that by clouding data and sharing it with public health centers, etc., it will also be useful for statistical analysis such as grasping the infection situation and infection trends on time.
With global warming, in the future, there is a concern about the increase in tropical pathogenic organisms and infectious diseases in Japan, and the social implementation of this technology, which can contribute to the early detection of various new infectious diseases and the grasp of the occurrence situation, is a para of infectious disease management by public institutions. It will greatly contribute to the transformation of the dime.

It was estimated that the building will be long and revalued, including earthquake-resistant construction of a 55-year-old rental house, and compared to new construction, CO2 will be reduced by 70% and waste materials will be reduced by 70%. Even with concrete compressive strength, we can obtain numerical values that can maintain the planned service period of 100 years, and we recognize that such activities can contribute to the social issues of SGDS and promote the business.
